Bailey Ferguson

Bailey’s training is in the style of Hatha/Raja yoga. In addition to a 200hr YTT, Bailey holds Trauma-Informed and Restorative Yoga teaching certifications. She has experimented with visual art, dance, gymnastics, track and field, eventually finding her way to yoga, then experiencing focused connection between breath and body.

Since beginning a regular practice, it has been a thread that simultaneously brings her home and opens new avenues for exploration, growth and study. Bailey currently teaches group and private yoga online and in-studio in West Texas and Houston and has a playful personal movement practice which includes a mix of yoga styles, aerial yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, hula-hooping, and hiking. She teaches a mix of styles and modalities dependent on the students’ goals and accessibility. Understanding that every body is different and finding invitational and organic ways to move and thrive in that body are a driving force for her teaching and personal practice.
